Titanic: A Review

The movie Titanic is based on a true story which happened in 1912. It's a story about a ship filled with passengers that went for a cruise in the Atlantic Ocean. It left Europe and was heading towards America. The ship had all kinds of passengers: poor, rich and famous celebrities. On its way to America it collided with an iceberg. This ship partially broke and started to sink. People began to panic. Some committed suicide while some tried to stay alive. A rescue team was called for but it was unable to reach the ship on time.

In our opinion, the set was beautiful, and the director reconstructed the scenery, the ship and the costumes like everything was in 1912. The director, James Camroon, did a wonderful job and the cameramen were excellent.

The movie is also partially fiction because in the movie the director decided to create a love story and not always focus on the story which really happened. The film cost about 200 million dollars and it seems like the investment was worth it.

The main actors, Leonardo de Caprio and Kate Winslow acted wonderfully. They took the roles seriously. The most incredible scene was when the ship collided with the iceberg. The scene seems so real that you actually think you are there.

The film is very successful in Israel and all over the world. It lasts about three hours and every minute is worth it. It deserves a "9" on a scale of 1-10.

DON'T MISS IT!!
