LESSON 2: FRIENDSHIP
  1. Different sayings about friendship are hung on the walls. Each student stands next to the saying that he most identifies with. Students who choose the same sayings sit together, forming groups.

  2. In Groups: Discuss reasons for choosing a specific saying.

  3. In Class:Representatives of the different groups report to the class about their group’s choice.

  4. Class Discussion:
    1. What is friendship?
    2. How do people become / choose friends?
    3. Are males and females different in their friendships?
    4. Can there be a true friendship between males and females without having any romantic or sexual relations? [e.g. "When Harry Met Sally]
